are not permitted to purchase 1.4G consumer fireworks, except with required permit. No such Permit shall be issued to a person younger than eighteen (18) years of age."
35 PA Statutes, Chapter 13A, §1275. Pennsylvania resident must obtain a valid permit issued by an
appropriate official of a city, town, borough, municipality, township or county. Acceptable officials will include: mayors,
supervisors, commissioners, board chairmen,. You can download a permit applicationon on this website. Please fax a copy of the signed permit to the Fireworks by Spectrum showroom. We will need at least
24 hours (weekdays) to validate the permit. Include a day time telephone number for the issuing offical that he/she issued
the permit. This verification is necessary for Fireworks by Spectrum to be in full compliance with the Pennsylvania statutes.
